In line forming is considered for
most high-volume applications and is commonly used
for packaging. Volumes range from 5000 units to millions of units.
Multiple tooling or the ganging of tooling makes for increased yields
and results in cost effective solutions for packaging trays and clamshell designs.
Commonly used materials are: Clear PETG good for visual impact types
of products. Clear RPET is an acceptable re-cycle grade material.
High Impact Styrene is available in a variety of opaque colors.
