Turn-Key Assembly of Mechanical Components

Scope:

Manufacture and design acrylic covers, polypropylene wet station tanks, mechanical components, for semiconductor cleaning device. Inventory kit, purchase out-source parts, inspect, assemble and test.

Result:

Complete assembly, crated, delivered, and tested to customer just in time (JIT).

Materials Used:

Customer- supplied BOM, MRP review and purchase plan, Mechanical-grade plastics, Acrylic, Polypropylene, PVDF PEEK and Related hardware.
